The objective of the survey is to measure the satisfaction of the passengers in a meaningful interpretation.
The survey was designed specifically for mobile devices and smartphones.
The survey is completely anonymous.
The only necessary input is the flight number.
The questionnaire records delays, misshandled baggage loss missedconnecting flights by airline, airport or routes.
The questions are short and understandable with minimal expenditure of time.
The survey will be conducted in English or German.
The survey consists of 10 questions and 4 additional disclosures per flight. The application is available on all platforms, and especially suitable for smartphones (85% of the passengers own a smartphone). Also here, the customer needs to enter only the flight number.
Duartion per survey approx. 20-30 seconds per flight.
The survey results are automatically evaluated. With the implemented CSV export, all results can be presented according individual requirements .
